1. Slewing bearing Packaging, transportation and storage: before packaging, the inner and outer raceway of the turntable bearing shall be coated with anti-rust lubricating grease, then wrapped with molecular compound plastic film, compound kraft yellow paper, and then wrapped with industrial wrapping tape for internal packaging.Use a special wooden case or iron case if the outer packing is suitable.

2. When installing turntable bearing, it shall first conduct directional positioning, staggered tightening of mounting screws, and check the rotation status of bearing.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the bearing drive, the gear teeth should be tightened before the installation screw is tightened.There should be sufficient pre-tightening force when tightening the screw. The pre-tightening force should be 70 percent of the flexural limit of the screw material.Install the screw with adjustable plain washer, do not use spring washer.After the installation of the turntable bearing is completed, it is put into operation. After the continuous running period, all aspects should be checked to see whether the pre-tightening torque of the mounting screw conforms to the requirements.

3. Check the mounting surface of the main engine before installing the slewing bearing. The supporting parts shall be of sufficient strength, and the connected surface shall be machined mechanically.For those who cannot perform mechanical processing to achieve the simplest degree of surface required, it may be considered appropriate to use special molecular compound plastics with high perfusion strength as a supplement to ensure the precision of the simplest surface to be installed and to reduce vibration.The sleeve of the turntable bearing has a hardened soft zone, which is marked "S" on the end face of the ring. When installing, the soft zone should be placed in the non-load zone or extremely normal load zone (the bottle stopper hole is always located in the soft zone).
