What's the Installation and operation instructions of cross roller bearing?


Compared with ordinary bearings, the accuracy of cross roller bearings is higher, so the use of  the corresponding caution, otherwise it will affect the working life of the bearing.

1. Cross roller bearings, which have been injected with German high quality grease before  delivery, can be installed and used directly by users.Grease should be changed every 3 to 6  months.In the early stage of bearing use, due to the resistance of grease, the friction torque of  bearing will be relatively large, and when the excess grease overflows, the torque will return to  the normal value.

2. The inner ring or outer ring divided shall not be separated after being fixed with bolts and  nuts, and can be directly loaded into the bearing seat for use.At the same time, if the assembly  of the isolation block inside the bearing is wrong, it will have a great impact on the rotating  performance and rolling body force, so please do not disassemble the bearing casually.

   1). The seam of the inner ring or outer ring sometimes deviates somewhat.Before loading the  bearing seat, loosen the bolts fixing the inner ring or outer ring, and fix them with a plastic  hammer before installing.
