FRB Bearings Cross roller bearing technological process
Due to the different types, structures, tolerances, technical requirements,materials and batches of cross roller bearings, the basic production process is not exactly the same.For precision bearings such as cross roller bearings and YRT turntable bearings, the production process is not different from that of ordinary bearings, and there is a slight difference in the processing of retaining frame and raceway.

1. The processing process of the sleeveThe processing of the inner ring and outer ring of the cross roller bearing varies according to the formation of raw materials or blank. The whole process is:bar material or pipe material (some bar materials need to be forged,annealed and normalized) - car processing - heat treatment - grinding -precision grinding or polishing - final inspection of parts - rustproof -warehousing (to be assembled)
2. Processing process of rolling body (steel ball)Processing of rolling body also varies according to the state of raw materials. The whole process is:bar or wire cold blunt (some bar after cold blunt still need band and annealing) - filing, coarse grinding, soft grinding or light - heat treatment - hard - fine grinding - ball lapping and grinding - final inspection group - rust and packaging - storage (to be assembled)
3. The machining process of roller (roller)Great skip processing or wire cold heading after string band and soft grinding - heat treatment - string of soft point - coarse grinding,coarse grinding diameter end - the end face grinding - fine grinding diameter - end mill diameter - final inspection group - rust and packaging- storage (to be assembled)
4. Processing process of the retaining frameThe processing process of the retaining frame can be divided into the following two categories according to the design structure and raw materials:Sheet materials - shearing - blanking - stamping forming - finishing and finishing - pickling or blasting - finishing inspection - rust protection, packaging - warehousing (to be assembled)
