1. 5. Properly determine the heating parameters of the slewing bearing- improper heating is the main factor causing the crack of the slewing ring raceway in the heat treatment of the rotary support track. Therefore, proper selection and design should be made for heating parameters such as heating medium, heating speed, heating temperature and heat preservation time.

6. Other measures to prevent quenching cracks - timely tempering after quenching (generally low temperature tempering), and local wrapping of thin wall of complex parts can also effectively prevent cracks.
