Mechanical failure
Crane slewing bearing plays the role of connecting the truck and chassis  parts in the rotary mechanism, and also supports the whole rotating part of  crane.If the steel ball in the swing bearings is damaged and the raceway  abrasion will affect the work of the rotary mechanism, in severe cases, the  rotary mechanism will be heavy and make noises, and the pressure of the  rotary hydraulic system will exceed the rated value.When hoisting and  unloading are carried out at the stop of rotation, the vibration amount of  the slewing bearings will be too large at the moment of falling and falling  together, indicating that the clearance amount of the slewing ring has  seriously exceeded the limit.At this point, the turntable bearings should  be repaired or replaced.

The general causes of mechanical failure are inadequate maintenance and  improper use.



When the crane is operating in a highly corrosive and dusty environment, or  after a large amount of rain, it should be promptly wiped, the inside of  the slide is filled with a suitable amount of lubricant that meets the  requirements, and the outside is coated with anti-rust oil.The injection  nozzle should be regularly dredged to prevent blockage.The tightening  degree of bolts should be checked frequently to prevent excessive clearance  of upper and lower track caused by loose bolts and wear of steel ball and  raceway.

Improper use, there are two main one is that in lifting the levelness of  the slewing crane chassis when working for not good, or in the soft ground  operations are not as strong as four leg cushion, will cause on the return  trip has, downhill, the rotary speed and the system pressure is different,  so easy to cause the raceway uneven wear, but also easy to make rolling  body skin off residue or cracks, accelerated wear and tear.Second, it is  inclined to pull heavy objects. When the basic arm of the crane is inclined  to pull and the weight far away from the crane is not able to reach the  goal, it is often wrong to use the rotary mechanism to pull the heavy  objects.

Failure of low pressure in rotary hydraulic system
When the pressure of the rotary hydraulic system is low, the sound and  speed of the rotary process are normal under the condition of no load and  light load.Heavy load will be difficult to turn or even unable to turn the  phenomenon.The reason for this phenomenon is that the spring of the  overload buffer valve of the rotary hydraulic system softens.The pressure  of the rotary hydraulic system is achieved by adjusting the screw of the  overload buffer valve, which also ACTS as the sealing oil circuit. In order  to ensure the sealing of the oil circuit, the screw must be tightened, but  the pressure of the spring cannot be adjusted at will.When spring pressure  is insufficient, it can only be solved by adding a washer to the end of  spring, which is also adopted by most maintenance manufacturers.

When the operating handle of the trigger rotary mechanism makes the rotary  mechanism start to run, the rotary brake and the rotary mechanism cannot  operate synchronously, that is, the rotary brake is opened after opening,  so that the rotary resistance is too large or even unable to move.If you  continue to increase the throttle, increase the Angle of the rotating  handle, the rotary pressure will be too high or even exceed the rated  value, resulting in damage to other weak components or pipeline leakage.At  this point, it is necessary to overhaul the brake oil circuit, clean or  replace the hydraulic components in the oil circuit, so as to keep the  brake oil circuit unimpeded.
