The YRT Rotary table bearings consists of a thrust/centripetal seat ring, a thrust/centripetal spindle ring, a thrust washer, two needle holsters and a set of centripetal cylindrical rollers.The seat ring and shaft ring have uniformly distributed mounting screw holes.The bearing has high axial and radial bearing capacity.High tilt rigidity and high precision.Suitable for rotary table, chuck and milling cutter head as well as bearing configuration in measurement and experiment.This type of bearing has high requirements for matching equipment parts.The tightening torque of mounting screw should be controlled during installation.

Application: it is widely used in precision rotary table, vertical grinding machine, dividing head, hobbing machine, gear milling machine shaft and other precision equipment.

YRT basic rotary table bearings
YRT basic rotary table bearings are designed with a radial full roller, two groups of axial needle roller, cage assembly, an out ring, an L-section inner and the second ring. The out ring and inner ring have fixing holes, so the bolt can fix the bearings directly. YRT rotary table bearing structure can bear double-direction axial load, radial load and tilting moment. This series bearing have preload before leaving factory, no need to adjust clearance when installed. This series bearing is particularly suitable for the situation of high precision, high stiffness, low speed, and short rotate period such as rotary table, index heads and revolving milling heads.

YRTS high speed rotary table bearing
YRTS series limit speed is higher than HYT series. HYTS high speed rotary table bearing are as same as HYT basic rotary table bearings, designed with two axial component and a radial component: axial component contains two axial cylinder roller cage assembles, an outer ring, a L-section inner ring and a second ring. Axial preloaded after fitting. Radial component contains a cylinder roller cage assembles, radial preload also added after fitting. The outer ring, L-section inner ring and the second ring have fixing hole. The unit is located by means of retaining screws for the safety of transport and handling. YRTS high speed series bearing can be used for shaft which driven by direct drive motor.

ZKLDF axial angular contact ball bearing series
ZKLDF axial angular contact ball bearing series have a unity outer ring, two inner ring, two rows of ball rollers and cage assembly, and contact angle is 60°. The outer rings and inner rings have fitting holes and easy to fit by joint bolt. The unit is located by means of retaining screws for the safety of transport and handling.

ZKLDF axial angular contact ball bearing series have double side sealing covers which can against dirt, impurities and avoid grease leak. ZKLDF axial angular contact ball bearing series using complex barium-base grease, you can add the grease through grease hole.

ZKLDF axial angular contact ball bearing series are designed with 60°contact angle and two rows of ball rollers, which can support radial load, double axial loads and tilting moments. Due to the special design with copper cages, the bearing has higher strength and lower friction torque.
